Paper Submission Instructions

Papers (of maximum length 10 pages) must be submitted using the template format provided. Authors' instructions along with LaTeX and Word macro files are available here. Alternatively, authors may also choose to submit an abstract only, for a short oral presentation or a poster.

All submissions should be made through Easychair. You can submit your paper or abstract here. Authors submitting to JIWIN should specify the JIWIN track for their submissions.

An account on Easychair is mandatory to use the system. If you already have an account on Easychair, you can use it to submit your paper(s) to our Conference. Otherwise Easychair will offer you an option to create an account the first time you visit the link. The creation of the account is quick, totally free and only requires a confirmation by email to validate and activate your account.

Easychair is very intuitive and easy to use. Nevertheless, if you have any further questions regarding the submission of papers, do not hesitate to contact our committee at jiwin2012@computing.dcu.ie

All submissions will be peer reviewed and the comments will be provided to the authors. Accepted papers and abstracts will be published in the AICS proceedings.
